SI. No	TERMS & CONDITIONS
1	Drawings shall commence after receiving 100% payment in advance
2	Revision/ re-work charges has to be paid in advance to proceed with the changes/ revision.
3	All drawings shall be submitted within 45 working days from receiving the order however timeline may vary as per client selection.
4	Site visit charges are applicable only for Bangalore city limits, for out of Bangalore projects travelling fees shall be applicable.
5	Material selection shall happen in the premises of Harishmane, for few exclusive materials we may have to visit the store/ experience centre within Bangalore city limits.
6	Site visit charges are not applicable if the project gets signed up for Harishmane.
7	Additional cost may be incurred for soil testing.
8	Harishmane shall not be responsible if client does not follow the recommended construction standards.
9	Per sq. ft charges for Architectural Drawings is calculated on Built-up-area measurements and for Interior Drawing, chargers are calculated on Carpet area measurements.
10	Package charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
